• Personal Data: Name, email, height, weight, age, and fitness

goals. 

• Health & Fitness Data: Exercise history, logged workouts, nutrition

preferences, and performance analytics. 

• Device Data: Device ID, OS version, crash

logs, and analytics via Apple tools or third-party services. 

• AI Interactions: Any text

you enter for AI-generated workouts, meal plans, or chat responses.


3. How We Use Your Data


• To generate personalized workouts and meal plans

• To improve app performance and user experience 

• To respond to user support inquiries 

• To analyze usage trends via anonymized analytics

country of residence and subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.


5. Data Retention & Security


We retain user data as long as your account is active. We use secure

encryption and access controls to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. If

you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable

timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to data portability and to

restrict or object to certain processing.


7. Children’s Privacy


This app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and if we

become aware that such data has been collected, we will promptly delete it. We

comply with COPPA where applicable.


8. Health Data, HIPAA, and AI-Generated Content


IntelliFit may collect health-related data, such as workout history, fitness goals, and

nutrition preferences. However, IntelliFit is not a healthcare provider and is not subject

to HIPAA regulations. That said, we treat all fitness data with high standards of privacy

and encrypt personal data where appropriate. Some features rely on AI-generated

outputs (e.g., workout suggestions, meal ideas, or chat). These outputs may not

always be accurate, complete, or suitable for medical or nutritional decisions. By using

these features, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own fitness and

health choices.


9. Service Availability


We strive to keep IntelliFit available at all times

but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur for

maintenance, updates, or technical issues.


10. Changes to This Policy We may update

this policy. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app.
