use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Personal Data: Name, email, height, weight, age, and fitness goals.

• Health & Fitness Data: Exercise history, logged workouts, nutrition preferences, and performance analytics.

• Device Data: Device ID, OS version, crash logs, and analytics via Apple tools or third-party services.

• AI Interactions: Any text you enter for AI-generated workouts, meal plans, or chat responses.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate personalized workouts and meal plans
• To track fitness progress and goals
• To improve app performance and user experience
• To respond to user support inquiries
• To analyze usage trends via anonymized analytics
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchases

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data

These services may access limited data to perform their functions and are governed by
their own privacy policies. Some data may be processed or stored outside of your
country of residence and subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

4B. IntelliFit Community

IntelliFit may offer optional social features known as IntelliFit Community, which allow users to connect with friends and share fitness milestones.

Participation in IntelliFit Community is completely optional and is not required to use the core functionality of the app.

If you choose to participate in IntelliFit Community, the following information may be visible to approved friends:

• Display name
• Profile photo (if provided)
• Shared milestone posts
• Workout achievements you choose to share

Your personal health data, workout logs, nutrition history, and other private fitness data are not shared with other users through IntelliFit Community.

Users cannot be searched or discovered publicly within IntelliFit Community. Friends can only be added by voluntarily sharing an IntelliFit user code or scanning a QR code.

Community data such as posts, friend connections, and reactions may be securely stored using Apple iCloud infrastructure (CloudKit).

Users maintain control over what they share within IntelliFit Community and may choose not to interact with these features at any time.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain user data as long as your account is active. We use secure
encryption and access controls to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. If
you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your data within a reasonable
timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your Rights

You may request to access, modify, or delete your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to data portability and to restrict or object to certain processing.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and if we become aware that such data has been collected, we will promptly delete it. We comply with COPPA where applicable.

8. Health Data, HIPAA, and AI-Generated Content

IntelliFit may collect health-related data, such as workout history, fitness goals, and
nutrition preferences. However, IntelliFit is not a healthcare provider and is not subject
to HIPAA regulations. That said, we treat all fitness data with high standards of privacy
and encrypt personal data where appropriate. Some features rely on AI-generated
outputs (e.g., workout suggestions, meal ideas, or chat). These outputs may not
always be accurate, complete, or suitable for medical or nutritional decisions. By using
these features, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own fitness and
health choices.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep IntelliFit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Users will be notified of significant changes via the app.
