By downloading or using IntelliFit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions:

1. Use of the App

IntelliFit provides AI-powered fitness guidance, workout plans, nutrition suggestions,
and fitness tools. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance
with these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse IntelliFit in any way, including but not limited to:

• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to access the app

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or tamper with app features

• Uploading offensive, harmful, misleading, or illegal content

• Violating any applicable laws or user rights while using the app

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. No Medical Advice

The information provided by IntelliFit is for general fitness and nutritional guidance
only. It does not constitute medical advice. You should consult a physician or qualified
healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program.

Exercise images within the app are provided as illustrative examples of form and technique; they are not individualized instructions and may not reflect the exact way each user should
perform a movement.

Users are responsible for ensuring exercises are performed safely and appropriately based on their own abilities and/or limitations.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By using IntelliFit, you acknowledge that participation in exercise carries inherent risks, including injury or death. You agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and health, and you release IntelliFit, its developers, affiliates, and partners from any medical, legal, or financial liability related to injuries, health complications, or damages that may occur as a result of using the app.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain rights to content you input into the app, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for app functionality (e.g., analytics, AI generation).

Users are responsible for the content they create or upload. IntelliFit reserves the right to remove user-generated content or restrict access to features if content violates these guidelines or poses a risk to other users or the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software in IntelliFit are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or modify the app’s content without written permission.

IntelliFit is licensed to use all exercise images within the app. Users are prohibited from reusing these images for resale, merchandise, or any other commercial purposes outside of IntelliFit.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

IntelliFit is a subscription-based app. You agree to the pricing and billing terms disclosed at signup. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app for violations of these terms or other harmful conduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

11. End User License Agreement (EULA)

In addition to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), accessible at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, by downloading and using IntelliFit you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal fitness and nutrition tracking purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app

• Use it for any commercial or unlawful purpose

• Share your login or access with others

This license is granted solely for your personal use, and IntelliFit retains all ownership rights to the software and content. IntelliFit reserves the right to terminate this license if you fail to comply with these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. IntelliFit Community Features

IntelliFit may include optional social features such as IntelliFit Community, which allow users to connect with friends and share fitness milestones.

Participation in IntelliFit Community is completely optional and is not required to use the core functionality of the app.

Friend Connections

Users cannot be searched or discovered publicly within IntelliFit Community. Connections only occur when both users voluntarily share their IntelliFit code or scan each other's QR code to add one another as friends.

Content Visibility

Any milestones, posts, reactions, or other shared content are only visible to users who have mutually added each other as friends.

User Conduct

Users agree not to upload, share, or display any content that is:

• Explicit, sexual, or pornographic

• Harassing, threatening, abusive, or intended to harm another user

• Discriminatory or hateful toward any individual or group

• Illegal or promoting illegal activity

• Offensive or inappropriate in nature

This includes inappropriate milestone images, captions, exercise names, workout program names, meal names, or other user-generated labels within the app.

Harassment and Abuse

Harassment, bullying, or abusive conduct toward other IntelliFit users is strictly prohibited. IntelliFit reserves the right to restrict access to community features or suspend accounts engaging in such behavior.

Moderation and Enforcement

IntelliFit reserves the right to remove user content, restrict access to community features, or suspend accounts if behavior or content violates these guidelines or is deemed harmful to other users or the platform.

Community features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
